Jobdesc:
- Responsible for store sales.
- Coordinating, directing, evaluating work systems, sales strategies, promotions and distribution to achieve targets.
- Prepare an annual work plan (regional development, addition of human resources.
- Research consumer needs and think about ways the company can reach and meet their needs.
Qualifications:
- Min. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any fields.
- 3 years of experience as an Sales Operation Area Manager or similar role in Retail Fashion company.
- Experienced and able to work under pressure.
- Excellent leadership skills and experienced in leading a team to achieve sales target.
- Handling Jakarta, Cirebon & Tangerang Area.
