1. ADMIN HR

Kualifikasi:

• The candidate is expected to be safe & healthy minded
• Minimum education bachelor degree of all major
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Having high enthusiasm for individual and group work
• Fluent in English is preferred

Job desk:

• Responsible for managing employee data and attendance records in GHCM, as well as ensuring that the number of field employees matches the data in the system.
• Managing the distribution of employee entitlements such as uniforms, medical records, training, etc.
• Coordinating internal employee transfers and rotations according to operational needs, and overseeing the completion of overtime forms in accordance with company policies.
