CV Mulya Pratama Indah is currently hiring for the following positions:
- SALES AND MARKETING STAFF
Jobdesc:
- Buyer Communication: Main contact for buyers, build strong relations, manage claims.
- Buyer Acquisition & Sales: Identify new buyers, support proposals & negotiations, attend exhibitions.
- Product & Market Development: Work with R&D, research market trends, provide product feedback
- Marketing Support: Collaborate on campaigns, share buyer insights, monitor competitors.
- Administration: Maintain buyer records, manage POs & invoices, keep data confidential.
- Internal Coordination: Coordinate with Production, QC & Logistics, track order progress.
- Management Support: Assist special projects & provide team backup.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in export sales or international marketing, preferably in furniture or home décor industry (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply)
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
- Capable of organizing data and maintaining documentation
- Strong communication skills and adaptability
- Responsive and detail-oriented
- Have a good sense of furniture
- Proactive, analytical, and structured
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify sales opportunities
- ACCOUNTING STAFF
Jobdesk:
- Membuat dan menyusun laporan keuangan bulanan & tahunan.
- Mengelola transaksi keuangan perusahaan (pembelian, penjualan, kas, dan bank)
- Melakukan rekonsiliasi bank serta pencatatan hutang & piutang
- Membuat laporan pajak (PPN, PPh) sesuai peraturan yang berlaku
- Memastikan semua dokumen keuangan rapi, akurat, dan terdokumentasi dengan baik
Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 semua jurusan (diutamakan Akuntansi/Keuangan)
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang akuntansi (fresh graduate dipersilakan melamar)
- Teliti, jujur, bertanggung jawab, dan mampu bekerja dengan deadline
- Wajib memahami perpajakan (PPN, PPh 21, PPh 23)
- Memahami siklus akuntasi
- Mampu mengoperasikan software perpajakan (Coretax)
