Customers choose what they want from a large range of 60+ ingredients at any one time, with the tongs and bowls provided. The price of ingredients are weighed and charged by price. The Malatang Express Team will cook dish to order and serve it to your table!”

1. MANAGER RESTAURANT

Qualification:

• Minimum education: High school diploma.
• Experience in management is required.
• Proficiency in English (speaking, writing, reading, listening) is mandatory.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.

2. WAITERS

Qualification:

• Minimum education: High school or equivalent.
• Experience as a waiter.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

3. CHEF MALATANG

Qualification:

• Minimum education: High school or equivalent.
• Maximum age: 50 years.
• Experience in preparing Malatang dishes.
• Previous experience as a Chinese food chef.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

4. CASHIER

Qualification:

• Minimum education: High school or equivalent.
• Experience as a cashier.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

5. COOK HELPER

Qualification:

• Minimum education: High school or equivalent. Experience as a cook helper.
• Experience in cooking Chinese food.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

6. PERSONAL ASSISTANT

Qualification:

• Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant. Minimum education: High school or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English (speaking, writing, reading, listening) is mandatory.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
• Proficient in MS Office with experience in generating reports.
