Skill & Experiences:
- Has experience at the same position for minimum of 2 (two) years. (1-4)
- Strong leadership and a good team player. (1-3)
- Dynamic personality, proactive, and hands on leader. (1-3)
- High level of detail cleanliness and maintenance. (1-3)
- High level of customer service. (1-3)
- Strong analytical skills with cost and expenses focus. (1-3)
- Adequate education on position applied preferably. (1-4)
- Familiar with major PMS system will be an advantage. (1-4)
- Strong in revenue driven. (1-3)
